This used 3 Head Sander and Top and K Sealer manufactured by DMC is in operation and is used mainly in a sealer sanding application for flat panel stock in a UV coating line.

- First head – 400 mm (15.75”) diameter soft rubber drum
- Second unit Superfinish pad unit with Chevron belt.
- The device is equipped with sectioned electronic sanding pad "EPICS" 48 segments
- Distance between segmented sector centers 30mm
- Panel Brushing unit external to main machine cabinet
